His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, will honor the top Arab Hope Makers tomorrow, Sunday, during the closing ceremony of the fifth edition of the largest initiative of its kind in the Arab world, which will be held at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, where the winner will receive a cash prize of one million dirhams.
